> ID 10047: Close a deal with a customer in transactions within business, NQF Level 5, 5 credits.
> ID 10070: Develop and implement divisional marketing plans aligned to the marketing strategy
of the business or its divisions, NQF Level 5, 20 credits.
> ID 10048: Identify brand mix elements such as branch collateral or digital branding, amongst
others, within various channels of the business, NQF Level 5, 6 credits.
> ID 10052: Monitor handling of customers by frontline customer service within the business
operations and channels, NQF Level 5, 8 credits.
> ID 10053: Manage customer requirements and needs and implement action plans for projects
and campaigns, NQF Level 5, 8 credits.
> ID 10054: Identify and manage areas of customer service impact at various touch points in the
